To be considered for employment, all applicants are required to have a pre-employment agreement with us to require a valid AZ drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance, complete Basic Cardiac Life Support, First Aid and Fire Safety Training, complete a 61-hour training course through us; have current immunizations and screens (such as TB, MMR, Hep-B), will have drug panels performed at our discretion and timing, and will pass a 50-state background check which will include criminal, social and credit information.

PCA

Personal Care Assistant (Per Diem) - This position offers flexible scheduling for the right candidate. Our Per Diem PCA must be adaptable and great with all types of people and all level of care.  The Per Diem PCA is often sent to new homes for short periods of time.  They help to fill-in when a primary CWC employee is ill or when a family that provides care on their own needs a respite.
